How many cars can I park at Pinehaven?
The garage accommodates two vehicles. Additional parking is available in the driveway or on the street directly in front of the garage. Please keep the street clear for emergency vehicles and snow plows.
Is Pinehaven accessible in winter?
Yes, but winter conditions can be snowy and icy. Timberline Lane is plowed on an as-needed basis, while Highway 20 is plowed frequently. Snow and ice can occur on roads and walking surfaces, so appropriate winter tires and caution are recommended.
Can I bring an RV or camp at Pinehaven?
RVs may be present in Timberline Meadows for guest transportation purposes, but overnight use of an RV is not permitted. Camping and hookups are not permitted.
How many guests can Pinehaven accommodate?
Pinehaven comfortably accommodates up to 8 overnight guests.
Is there a minimum stay?
Yes. Pinehaven has a 3-night minimum stay.
Do you allow pets?
No. Pets are not permitted anywhere on the Pinehaven property.
Is smoking allowed?
No. Smoking of any kind is not permitted anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors.
Can I bring my skis and wax them at Pinehaven?
Ski waxing is not permitted at Pinehaven. During winter, a community ski-waxing area is available at the Timberline Meadows pump house.
Can I work on my bike or vehicle at Pinehaven?
No. Bike and vehicle maintenance are not permitted anywhere on the property.
What are the quiet hours?
Quiet hours are 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. We ask guests to be considerate of our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum.
What spa amenities does Pinehaven have?
Pinehaven features an outdoor jacuzzi, sauna, gym, and yoga area, along with spa bathrooms and a steam shower.
What equipment does the gym have?
The gym has a squat rack with pull-up bar, bench, full weight bar with 45 pound weights. A set of adjustable dumbbells.
What equipment does the yoga area have?
We provide a large yoga mat, foam roller, lacrosse ball, and stretching straps.
Who can use the jacuzzi and sauna?
The jacuzzi and sauna are reserved for registered overnight Pinehaven guests. Children are not permitted on the jacuzzi deck or in the sauna.
How long does the sauna take to heat up?
Allow approximately 45 minutes for the sauna to reach temperature. The sauna accommodates up to 6 people, although 4 people is the most comfortable.
Can I use glassware on the jacuzzi deck?
No. Glassware is not permitted on the jacuzzi deck. Stainless-steel stemware or other non-glass containers may be used instead.
Does Pinehaven have air conditioning?
Yes. Central air conditioning is available during the summer and is controlled from the panel near the kitchen.
How is Pinehaven heated in winter?
Pinehaven uses radiant floor heating, with individual room controls. The gas fireplace in the great room can also provide immediate warmth.
Does Pinehaven have filtered water?
Yes. Water from the neighborhood well passes through Pinehaven’s filtration and softening system, with UV sterilization at the faucets. The water from every tap is filtered and treated.
Does Pinehaven have filtered air?
Yes. Pinehaven uses an energy recovery ventilation system (ERV) that continuously brings in outdoor air, filters it, and manages temperature and humidity before distributing it throughout the lodge.
Does Pinehaven have Wi-Fi?
Yes. High-speed internet is provided through Starlink and is suitable for streaming and video conferencing.
Is there EV charging?
Yes. A Level 2 Porsche EV charger is located on the north wall of the garage. It provides up to 19.2 kW AC charging and is available exclusively to Pinehaven guests.
What kind of beds does Pinehaven have?
The king beds feature adjustable Sleep Number mattresses, allowing guests to adjust firmness on each side of the bed.
Does Pinehaven have a TV and gaming system?
Yes. The great room includes a TV with Apple TV and a surround sound system, and a PlayStation 5 is available for guests.
Is the kitchen equipped for cooking?
Yes. Pinehaven has a fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove and oven, microwave/convection oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, and cooking essentials.
What kitchen supplies are provided?
The pantry is stocked with basics including spices, baking supplies, oil, and vinegar. Coffee and common cleaning supplies are also provided.
Can I use the garage freezer?
Yes. A 7-cubic-foot freezer is available for guest use in the garage. Please remove all food when you leave.
What time is checkout?
Checkout is at 11:00 AM.
What do I need to do before leaving?
- Place used towels in a pile in the bathroom
- Leave sheets on the beds
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Remove food from the refrigerator, freezer, and cupboards
- Take trash to the community dumpster
- Turn off lights and heated towel bars
- Close windows and shades
- Log out of personal TV and gaming accounts
- Turn off the fireplace
- Close and lock all doors
What should I do if there is an emergency?
For a medical, fire, or other life-threatening emergency, call 911. The physical address is available in the guest information provided for your stay.
What happens if the power goes out?
Pinehaven has a backup generator that provides power to limited building services. The gas fireplace and gas cooktop remain available.
What if something isn’t working?
Please contact Pinehaven management rather than attempting repairs yourself. For example, guests do not have access to Pinehaven’s electrical systems if a breaker trips
